112. Et il ajouta, LUi-les-Dieux : voici le signe caractéristique de cette Loi créatrice que j’établis entre moi et entre vous, et entre toute âme vivante : Loi pour jamais inhérente en vous, dans les âges de l’immensité des temps. 13. Lorsque j’obscurcirai la Terre et que je la couvrirai de nuages, cet arc paraîtra dans l’espace nébuleux. la. Je me rappellerai cette Loi créatrice établie entre moi et entre vous, et entre toute âme vivante, en toute corporéité : et il n’y aura point une révolution nouvelle des eaux de la grande intumescence, pour la suppression entière de la substance corporelle. 16. Cet arc, paraissant dans l’espace nébuleux, je le considérerai en mémoire de la Loi créatrice établie pour l’immensité des temps entre l'Être des êtres et toute âme de vie, et toute forme corporelle existante sur la Terre. 17. Ensuite, il dit de nouveau, Lui-les-Dieux : voici le signe de la force créatrice que j’ai fait exister substantiellement entre moi et entre toute forme corporelle existante sur la Terre. — 474 —

Or, tels avaient été les enfants de Noé, repos de la Nature élémentaire, sortant de la Thebah, l’enceinte sacrée : Shem, ce qui est élevé et brillant ; Chain , ce qui est courbe, incliné, obscur et chaud ; et Japheth , ce qui est étendu : et ce fut Cham, lui-même, qui fut le père de Chanahan, l’existence physique et matérielle. 19. Ainsi les êtres émanés de Noé, par qui la Terre fut partagée, furent donc au nombre de trois. 20. Ce fut Noé, qui, dégageant avec effort le principe volitif intellectuel, de l’Élément adamique, le rendit à la liberté, et cultiva les productions élevées de la spiritualité. 21. Mais s’étant trop abreuvé de l’esprit de cette production, il enivra sa pensée, et dans son exaltation, se révéla au centre même et dans le lieu le plus secret de son tabernacle. 22. Et Cham , père de l’existence physique et matérielle, ayant considéré les mystères secrets de son père, les divulga à ses deux frères, et les profana à l’extérieur. 23. Alors Shem prit avec Japheth, le vêtement de gauche, et l’ayant élevé au-dessus d’eux, ils allèrent à reculons en couvrir les mystères secrets de leur père : en sorte que, comme ils avaient le visage tourné en arrière, ils ne virent pas ces mystères qui devaient leur rester cachés. 24. Cependant Noé, étant sorti de son ivresse spiritueuse, connut ce qu’avait fait le moindre de ses enfants.
323. Et il dit : maudit soit Chanahan , l’existence physique et matérielle ; il sera le serviteur des serviteurs de ses frères : 26. Et bénit soit Iuôah, LUi-les-Dieux de Shem ; et que Chanahan soit le serviteur de son peuple. 27. Qu’il étende, LUi-les-Dieux, l’étendue de Japheth, et le fasse habiter dans les tabernacles de Shem , l'élévation brillante ; et que Chanahan, l'existence physique et matérielle, le serve lui et son peuple. 28. Or, Noé exista encore après la grande intumescence des eaux, trois centaines entières de mutation temporelle, ontologique, et huit décuples de mutation. 29. Maintenant voici quelles furent les générations caractéristiques des enfants de Noé, repos de la Nature élémentaire : S hem, Cham, et Japheth; et les productions émanées d'eux, après la grande intumescence des eaux. 2. And He added, HIM-the-Gods: behold the characteristic sign of this creative Law that I establish between Me and you, and between every living soul: a Law forever inherent in you, throughout the ages of the immensity of time. 13. This bow, which I have set in the nebulous space, shall be the characteristic sign of this creative force existing between Me and the Earth. 14. When I darken the Earth and cover it with clouds, this bow shall appear in the nebulous space. la. (a scanning misread of the verse numeral) I will remember this creative Law established between Me and you, and every living soul, in every corporeality: and there shall be no new upheaval of the waters of the great swelling, for the entire suppression of corporeal substance. 16. This bow, appearing in the nebulous space, I shall regard it in memory of the creative Law established, for the immensity of time, between the Being of beings and every soul of life, and every corporeal form existing upon the Earth. 17. Then He said again, HIM-the-Gods: behold the sign of the creative force that I have caused to exist substantially between Me and every corporeal form existing upon the Earth. — 474 —
218. Now, such had been the children of Noah, the rest of elemental Nature, coming out of the Thebah, the sacred enclosure: Shem, that which is high and bright; Ham, that which is bent, inclined, dark and hot; and Japheth, that which is extended: and it was Ham himself who was the father of Chanahan, physical and material existence. 19. Thus the beings emanated from Noah, by whom the Earth was divided, numbered three. 20. It was Noah who, with effort releasing the intellectual volitional principle from the adamic Element, restored it to liberty, and cultivated the elevated productions of spirituality. 21. But having drunk too deeply of the spirit of this production, he intoxicated his thought, and, in his exaltation, revealed himself at the very center and in the most secret place of his tabernacle. 22. And Ham, father of physical and material existence, having beheld the secret mysteries of his father, divulged them to his two brothers, and profaned them abroad. 23. Then Shem took, with Japheth, the garment of the left, and, having raised it above them, they walked backward to cover the secret mysteries of their father: so that, since their faces were turned away, they did not see those mysteries which were to remain hidden from them. 24. Meanwhile Noah, having come out of his spirituous intoxication, learned what the least of his children had done.
