The Core Technology

The twelve consciousness steps.

Twelve steps in four triads. Each carries a color, a pair of Solfeggio tones, a center of the body, and its own signs of integration. The tones below are generated live — sit with one, softly, and let the color and the frequency do their quiet work.

The Sitting shows each stone at gazing size while its tones sound and paces the breath the step asks for — the twelve in sequence, or only the ones you have actually sat.

Your first sitting

What you actually do

Sit for twenty minutes. Put a plain white sheet of paper where your eyes can rest on it and hold a soft gaze — not staring, not searching. Breathe naturally. When the step’s colour appears on the page, rest attention there without grasping at it or analysing it. Three minutes of simply watching the breath before you begin; two minutes of coming back to the room afterwards. The tones sound underneath the whole of it.

That is the method, and it does not change across the twelve steps — the colour changes, and the pair of frequencies beneath it. Begin at Step 1, or let the Sitting keep the time for you.

Use headphones, and keep the volume gentle — the beat is made by giving each ear a different tone, so speakers cannot produce it. And before you begin: if you live with a serious medical or psychological condition — epilepsy or a seizure disorder in particular, where rhythmic sound and light can be a trigger — speak to a professional first. This practice is not a treatment, and nothing here replaces care. Stop if it disturbs rather than settles you.

The Supports

What carries the twelve steps

The steps are the ladder; these four hold it steady — the breath, the daily container, the obstacles named honestly, and the map read whole.

Breathwork Protocols by Constitutional Type

Breath is bridge — between voluntary and involuntary, matter and spirit. A protocol for each constitution.

Where are you now?

Behavioral markers by band

Steps 1–3 · FoundationLearning to drive the car

Catching impulses with effort · Small but noticeable relational repairs · Mental clarity improving but pulled off center multiple times daily · Old dynamics still run under stress

Steps 4–6 · CrystallizationRight thing becoming default

Habits hold under moderate stress · Others reflect changes back ("you seem calmer") · Decisions consistently reflect values · Fewer crises, more follow-through

Steps 7–9 · TranscendentalState-heavy, form dissolving

Recurring spaciousness that persists into ordinary tasks · Softened self-other boundary · Old narratives feel thin or unreal · Check: if correlated with avoidance = visiting, not stabilizing

Steps 10–12 · RealizationSahaja — effortless right action

Nondual recognition continuous during emails, kids, conflict · Service orients life without martyrdom · Procrastination and looping indecision dramatically drop · Others feel you as a stable reference

Constitutional personalization

One ladder, three ways of climbing

Same twelve steps — different dosage, pacing, support. The 125-question assessment personalizes everything.

Electric

Fast nervous system, sharp mind. Needs grounding, warmth, routine.

Longer exhales · Slow progression · More bodywork · Steps 1–3 emphasis

Frequency returns test non-reactivity — same audio, different criteria for “ready to proceed.”

🧲

Magnetic

Deep emotions, strong intuition. Needs activation, heat, variety.

Stronger breath · More movement · Vigorous sessions · Challenge emphasis

Frequency returns test activation — same audio, different criteria for “ready to proceed.”

⚖️

Neutral

Balanced, steady, driven. Needs cooling, precision, limits.

Even breath ratios · Cooling techniques · Guard rails · Humility practices

Frequency returns test cooling — same audio, different criteria for “ready to proceed.”

The eight frequency returns

The spiral revisits its ground: Foundation returns at Step 4, Expression begins at 5, the Heart returns at 6 and again at 11, Expression returns at 9, the Crown opens the full spectrum at 10 — until Step 12 sounds all nine frequencies at once. Returning is not repetition; each return re-anchors the earlier gain at a higher turn of the spiral.

A note on the tones

The frequencies are the Solfeggio set — 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, and 963 Hz — sounded live as pure sine tones in your browser. Each step layers a primary carrier, a base tone, and two quiet harmonic supports — the octave and the perfect fifth — and every step holds the same 7 Hz binaural beat, a rate at the theta–alpha border: the carrier sits 7 Hz apart in each ear so the mind entrains to the difference. The beat is kept constant on purpose — a stable meditative container while the carriers shift the consciousness beneath it, and the colour field breathes with it. Use headphones, keep the volume gentle, eyes soft. A taste is forty seconds; a sitting is five, ten, or twenty minutes. The point is not the sound but the field it opens.
