1Oui, c'est dans ce saint lieu qu'il faut que la postérité mineure spirituelle d'Adam soit réintégrée; c'est le premier chef-lieu que le mineur a habité dès son émancipation divine, et la prévarication du premier homme ne l'en a exclu que pour toute la durée du temps. Observez donc ici que c'est l'émancipation de ce cercle mineur qui désigne et qui complète la quatriple essence divine sans laquelle le mineur n'aurait aucune connaissance parfaite de la Divinité. L'émanation de ce cercle n'aurait point eu lieu sans la prévarication des démons; sans cette prévarication, il n'y aurait point eu de création matérielle temporelle, soit terrestre, soit céleste; n'y ayant eu ni l’une, ni l’autre, il n'y aurait point eu d’immensité surcéleste; toute action d'émanation spirituelle se serait faite dans l'immensité divine, de même que toute création de puissance pour les esprits émanés de cette immensité.
2Considère donc ce qu'a occasionné la prévarication des mauvais esprits; réfléchis sur cette création, réfléchis sur ton émanation ; tu apprendras à connaître la nécessité de toute chose créée, et celle de tout être émané et émancipé; tu verras que toutes ces choses sont ordonnées par le Créateur pour être et agir dans une intime correspondance, ainsi que te l'enseigne la ligne directe du centre du cercle dénaire et qui correspond avec précision depuis le surcéleste et le céleste jusqu'au corps général terrestre et au centre de l'axe, feu central, feu qui est le principe de la vie de tout être de corps créé, feu qui tient toutes les formes, soit celle générale, soit les particulières, en équilibre; sans lequel aucun être ne peut avoir vie et mouvement, feu qui borne l'immensité de l'univers et le cours du mouvement et de l’action de tout être contenu dans la création universelle. Mais il faut que je t'instruise maintenant comment tout ce qui existe dans ce bas monde provient de cette quatriple puissance divine. Observe la correspondance et l'intime liaison qu'il y a du cercle Saturnaire avec celui du Soleil, de Mercure et de Mars et vois comme ils répètent tous ensemble la véritable figure du surcéleste. Aussi ces quatre cercles sont appelés cercles majeurs célestes, plus forts en action et en réaction que les trois cercles planétaires qui se trouvent au-dessous d'eux. 3avec le surcéleste. Il n’est pas étonnant alors qu'elles influencent et gouvernent, par leur vertu puissante, les trois planètes inférieures attachées aux trois angles du dernier triangle céleste. C'est par ces trois dernières planètes, qui se nomment vulgairement Jupiter, Vénus et Lune, que le corps général terrestre est substancié, pour opérer selon sa nature, et qu'il est entretenu dans le mouvement et l’action propres et convenables à la végétation qui lui est naturelle. Jupiter, comme chef des deux autres planètes, coopère à la putréfaction, vu qu'il n’y a nulle production sans putréfaction. Vénus coopère à la conception, vu que, sans la conception, le séminal reproductif de chaque être de forme demeure sans effet. Et la Lune, cercle sensible, ou enveloppe humide, coopère, par son fluide, à modifier et mitiger l’action et la réaction des deux principaux chefs de la vivification corporelle temporelle, qui sont l'axe central et le corps solaire. Ce sont ces deux chefs qui, par leur liaison et leur intime correspondance, coopèrent les premiers à l’action de tous les corps qui décorent cet univers.

1Yes, it is in this holy place that the minor spiritual posterity of Adam must be reintegrated; it is the first chief place which the minor inhabited from his divine emancipation, and the prevarication of the first man has excluded him from it only for the whole duration of time. Observe then here that it is the emancipation of this minor circle that designates and completes the fourfold divine essence, without which the minor would have no perfect knowledge of the Divinity. The emanation of this circle would not have taken place without the prevarication of the demons; without that prevarication there would have been no temporal material creation, whether terrestrial or celestial; there having been neither the one nor the other, there would have been no supercelestial immensity; every action of spiritual emanation would have been made in the divine immensity, as also every creation of power for the spirits emanated from that immensity.
2Consider then what the prevarication of the evil spirits has occasioned; reflect upon this creation, reflect upon thy emanation; thou shalt learn to know the necessity of every created thing, and that of every emanated and emancipated being; thou shalt see that all these things are ordained by the Creator to be and to act in an intimate correspondence, as the direct line from the centre of the denary circle teaches thee, which corresponds with precision from the supercelestial and the celestial down to the general terrestrial body and to the centre of the axis, central fire — a fire that is the principle of the life of every created being of body, a fire that holds all the forms, whether the general or the particular, in equilibrium, without which no being can have life and movement, a fire that bounds the immensity of the universe and the course of the movement and of the action of every being contained in the universal creation. But it is needful that I now instruct thee how all that exists in this low world proceeds from this fourfold divine power. Observe the correspondence and the intimate bond there is of the Saturnine circle with that of the Sun, of Mercury and of Mars, and see how they all together repeat the true figure of the supercelestial. And so these four circles are called major celestial circles, stronger in action and in reaction than the three planetary circles that are found beneath them. This is so by the immediate proximity which the four major planets have
3with the supercelestial. It is not astonishing then that they should influence and govern, by their powerful virtue, the three inferior planets attached to the three angles of the last celestial triangle. It is by these three last planets, which are commonly named Jupiter, Venus and Moon, that the general terrestrial body is given substance, to operate according to its nature, and that it is maintained in the movement and the action proper and suitable to the vegetation natural to it. Jupiter, as chief of the two other planets, co-operates in putrefaction, seeing that there is no production without putrefaction. Venus co-operates in conception, seeing that, without conception, the reproductive seminal of each being of form remains without effect. And the Moon, sensible circle, or humid envelope, co-operates, by its fluid, to modify and mitigate the action and the reaction of the two principal chiefs of the corporeal temporal vivification, which are the central axis and the solar body. It is these two chiefs who, by their bond and their intimate correspondence, co-operate first in the action of all the bodies that adorn this universe.
