PERIOD — THE LAST YEARS — TO DIE IN ORDER TO BE REBORN — THE INEXTINGUISHABLE LIGHT — ―THE THEOGONY OF THE PATRIARCHS‖ — ―THE AR- CHEOMETER‖.
Fourth act.
— The symphony in the major key reaches its term; but before dying away in its last sounds there are reborn, in an intense “crescendo”, the themes of death and immortality.
The companion has died… Torn by the un-twinning, what has remained of her, enclosed in the Earth, folds itself wearily into the aridity of desolation...
Grey suffering...
Work, work, sweet Master of the pensive eyes!...
Providence keeps vigil still in your agony.
The High Science calls you.., and its lustral water is so consoling and fresh...
Arise, plunge your sorrowing soul into the Essence and bathe in the waves of Immortality!
One day of religious festival, the liberated bird returned to its cage bearing in its golden beak, captive, the Sun.
The two parts of that single soul then fused in an embrace of eternity.
Each on its own plane, they would go on working for the “same thing”.
And she, the companion, who had opened all the human doors that he might pass through them, bearer of the light, dead, opened the divine doors which for a moment, closed, eclipsed the Sun, and brought it to him, all bathed in His Love.
The inextinguishable Light had come...
Elaboration, preparation, adaptation of his message for humanity: revision of all his human knowledge [Sic: the Spanish prints “tojos”, a letter-j slip in the word for “all”] in order to translate the Truth more seriously.
Long years of indefatigable, constant labour in his tranquil and modest little house at Versailles, where only the voice of the Master was heard, and of some devoted disciple who visited him. …And there arose the “Theogony of the Patriarchs” and “The Archeometer”. What is the Archeometer?
It is the key of the Word.
In twenty-two essential significations, in a universal lexicon of twenty-two signs taken from Hebrew, from Vedic Sanskrit and from Vattan, is condensed the key of all language, human and divine.
It is the universal language inscribed in the Heavens, which Saint Yves apprehended in marvellous vision and mystical and intellectual comprehension of form, number, colour, sound, with their planetary and zodiacal correspondences, as expressing the very Life of the Universe, the divine Word manifesting the Mystery of its Incarnation and speaking to men on the keyboard of three symbolic verbs which are like “the harmonics” of Its “fundamental Note”.
With the Archeometer one holds in one’s hand the universal key of the First Principles, the means of translation of the Mysteries and, therefore, the experimental verification of every practical problem, the adaptation to man and to his productions of that which, transcending them, must nevertheless come to live in them.
Applying it, one can determine beforehand what form corresponds to each idea, what pronunciation to each word, what colour to any object; what form, what sound, what colour, what number, what star, what vibration, what expression of that Word corresponds to this idea, to this sacred hymn, to this Gothic edifice [Sic: the Spanish prints “edilicio”], to the domestic object, to this race of men and to this government of ours…
