COSMIC INFLUENCES AND REACTIONS OF LIVING BEINGS.
(Continuation).
Influence of colours — Chromotherapy By Pitágoras, S. I. Before occupying ourselves with how one can act therapeutically, it is necessary to know what the pathogenic causes are, where they prevalently act and what their degree of intensity is — that is, to establish the diagnosis of the illness.
Only after having established it with exactness is it possible to act scientifically and obtain the greatest results.
To be able to know which vibrations are in excess or lacking, it is necessary to examine the patient from this point of view.
There are several means of doing so.
The surest is the direct examination of the aura; but this means cannot be generalised, because very few are the persons who can employ it, owing to the general lack of astral vision.
Other means that can be employed indifferently by all are: a) The examination of the colour of the face.
b) The examination of the colour of the nails.
c) The examination of the colour of the sclerotic.
d) The examination of the colour of the urine and of the faeces.
To give an example of how one can establish, by those means, the lack or weakness of a certain type of vibrations, we say that if the Martian vibrations (red) are lacking or weak, the face, the nails, the sclerotic and the urine and faeces present themselves rather pale and with predominance of the opposite colour (blue).
The previous observation of the patient to establish what the deficiencies or excesses are is, then, fundamental for being able to employ Chromotherapy in a scientific and not an empirical manner, as many ignorant people do.
Only thus can the greatest possible success be obtained, and the failures avoided that are due to the previous lack of diagnosis — failures that contribute to discrediting a therapeutics so efficacious and still in its state of infancy.
After having established with exactness which are the vibrations disturbing the state of health and which the vibrations that, owing to that disturbing action, are weak or lacking in the patient, it will be possible to know which colours must be employed, whether these should be physical, astral or mental, and how to employ them.
Before occupying ourselves with physical, astral and mental Chromotherapy, it is necessary to keep always in mind that, for any form of chromotherapy, the following principle rules: When the action of a determinate vibration (colour) is weak or lacking, we must employ that colour, or neutralise, by means of opposite colours, the action of the vibrations (colours) that predominate.
PHYSICAL CHROMOTHERAPY — This form of therapeutics can be employed by all, and by the patients themselves.
It consists in the employment of physical colours, which can come from various material objects.
The most employed are: a) Rooms whose walls are painted with the colour one wishes to employ.
b) Clothes or other objects of adornment of the colour one wishes to employ.
