1Initiatic Concept of Liberty — With the development of civilisation, individual liberty has become ever ampler, from the physical plane to the subtlest.
2Physically, "habeas corpus", the suppression of slavery, the ever more democratic concept of habitation, circulation and assembly, has been completed by the discoveries of science, which have notably amplified the facility of locomotion, in rapidity, popularisation and price.
3At present, the number of human beings who carry their body to the places where they need to act, with ease and rapidity, increases rapidly.
4To this greater liberty of "physical movement" has been added the greater possibility of intellectual and mental movement, through printing — whether by means of books, and still more by the daily press, periodicals and reviews.
5New impulse has been given to ideas by the cinema, the radio and, in many countries already, television.
6Distances will be shortened and, if one cares to meditate on it, one sees that the factor "time" is being reduced in physical locomotion, and almost annulled by the instantaneity of radio information and its derivatives.
7If humanity knew how to profit by this real amplitude of liberty of contact, it could make notorious progress; for, just as before we "ran", on foot or on horseback, to the home of the sick relative or friend on receiving — tardily, at times — the news, today we can "fly", whether by aeroplane or with the mind and the radio — physical and mental — to the side of those who suffer.
8The ills caused in any part of the great collective body of humanity, whether by natural phenomena — earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, etc. — or by social phenomena: wars, revolutions, etc., reach the EAR or the EYE of almost the totality of beings with a rapidity that tends every day more to be "instantaneity" — that is, simultaneity of the happening and the informing.
9Let us now look at this INITIATICALLY: If we were really free — not only by force of the democratic laws that rule us, not merely by the facility of locomotion and information we enjoy, but by inner liberty; that is, if we could come to feel ourselves "not hemmed in" by hatreds, rancours, envies, passions and ambitions… what a marvellous work we could accomplish!...
10We should then really merit that liberty which the technical means have granted us, because the minds and hearts of all beings could unite instantaneously and synchronously with the occurrence of scourges affecting a certain part of the great human family; and just as, millions of times in the year, the prayer and sincere desire of millions of mothers have saved so many millions of sick children in their homes, so also millions of human breasts and fraternal minds could and should be able to cure · 4

Why sanctuaries stand on heights: prana carried by uncontaminated air — the gaseous-foods doctrine explaining sacred geography.
"The 'lunars' are somewhat 'lunatic'" — Julevno's lunar typology, completing the seven-planet physiognomic series begun with Saturn.
The two worked shock-examples (physical accident + moral distress; the lifelong vegetarian's sudden gorge) make the vibratory doctrine clinical — uraemia as vibration shock.
The rose beside the cat emptying the bird's nest — the essay argues inner liberty from the flower's indifference to nearby evil; the rose imagery then carries the whole page.
Sloka 22 names Durga "Supreme YOGA DEVI… mother of the Vedas" — the title under which the Suddha column has been invoking her since Nº 23's closing blessing; the hymn supplies the liturgy the column had been assuming.

The number opens with a signed leader on liberty — the run's genre widening from courses to essay.
Jehel's 1944 media inventory: print, cinema, radio — "and, in many countries already, television" — with the observation that information time is being "almost annulled" into simultaneity. A remarkably early instantaneity argument, put to devotional use: synchronised compassion as the initiatic upgrade of broadcast news.
The essay's central figure: the spider that reabsorbs its own useless thread. Liberation not by cutting ties (the severed thread drags someone) but by reabsorbing one's own emitted prejudices — the run's most original ethical image, and pure Saint-Martin in temper.
Androgony's food trilogy continues: after buccal foods, the gaseous foods — air, prana, ozone (with the O/O2/O3 correspondence read as etheric doctrine), and the ethers carried on air, clothes, objects and the gaze.
→ ini:3.23:4:001
The two etheric rays between eye and object — "one that goes and another that returns" — extends the psychometry doctrine to vision; the essay ends by classifying humanity by what it absorbs and re-irradiates.
"The Moon may be called the great astrological medium of the heavens" — Burgoyne's electric/magnetic polarity applied: the Moon's influence purely negative in itself, powerful only in aspect.
The third surviving asana plate: Figura 19, the Prana-Juj-Asana — the standing figure tracing the dotted pranic circle overhead. Extracted to the imagery layer.
→ ini:3.24:13:001
The Prana-Juj protocol in full: AUM distributed over inhalation-retention-exhalation, the colour ROSE mentalised, 21 arm rotations split 10/11 over the letters of OM, practised facing East/South/West (North at night) — the run's most liturgically precise asana, claimed as the invocatory posture of "the ancient Magi, Adepts and Priests".
The filler paragraph is a Papus doctrine in miniature: cell↔man↔earth↔universe individualisation, closing "LIFE IS TRANSFORMED SOLAR FORCE".
The rejuvenation series turns vibratory: cells as "small oscillating circuits", the personal vibratory keynote, illness as dissonance with the Archetype's Keynote — Rosicrucian (Heindel) sound-body doctrine dressed in radio-age vocabulary. The excision review cleared both candidates: p. 15's race references are universalising (all races suffer the same classic illnesses — an explicitly anti-differentialist claim).
Census recovers: 78 → 83 (Argentina 42, Brazil 13, Uruguay 28). February protocol 730–755.

The Chilean Section surfaces at scale: some five hundred Brothers at the January full-moon feast for the 25th anniversary of the incarnation of the Avatara Sri Bhagaban Mitra Deva, under President Vajra Yogui Dasa — the S.D.M.'s Chilean branch (founded around J. E. Bucheli's Santiago circle) an order of magnitude larger than the Montevideo ashramas' 83; synchronised plenilune ceremonies agreed.
The Suddha canon claim stated plainly: the Madras 1939 S.D.M. edition presents "for the first time in the world, the complete Gita, composed of 26 chapters with 745 slokas" against the known 18 — with an official Spanish translation under way by Augusto Ghío (Chilean Section) assisted by Vajra Yogui Dasa. The run becomes the Spanish-language organ of the expanded-Gita tradition.
The Hymn to Durga (slokas 14–25) printed as liturgy for the full-moon ceremonies — Durga as High Directress of the Hierarchy of Adepts, resident in the Mandara (glossed in the footnote as the brow plexus) and the muladhara; the footnotes graft chakra anatomy onto the hymn. First Sanskrit hymn the run prints entire.
The hymn's final sloka brings the Ida/Pingala currents — the same pair the science column equated with Yang/Yin last number; the two departments are converging on one physiology.
The magnetism serial's evidence base: Secchi's diurnal oscillations, Copin's Tunis clock observations (1928–31), the 15'–18' annual swing, undecennial sunspot dependence — real geophysics, accurately reported, marshalled towards the magical-orientation thesis.
Captain Bruch's 1,040-year national cycle (520 up, 520 down, in 16-year periods) and Tchijevsky's sunspot-history correlations — cyclic history via geomagnetism, ending with the Nice Institute of Cosmobiology; the column promises orientation-of-beings next.
Papus appears here in his medical person — the magnet experiments of Drs. Luys and Papus beside Bourru and Burot — the review citing its own founder as clinical literature.
