1its doses of vitamins A, B, C and D. Our hair, which we lose so soon, needs salts of calcium, iodine, sulphide, silicon, para-amino-benzoic acid with its dose of vitamin B and all its complements.
2Our face, which so soon wrinkles and loses its bloom, needs — to keep itself young and fresh — salts of potassium, fluorine, silicon, sodium and sulphide with a dose of vitamins A, B, C and D. Our eyes, which also suffer in modern life through the abuse of artificial light and soon weaken, need salts of silicon, fluorine and manganese, with vitamins A, B, C and E. The nails need salts of potassium, sodium, copper, iron, sulphur and calcium with vitamins B, C and D. The lungs, on which modern life wreaks such havoc by reason of hygiene and bad respiration, need salts of iron, sodium, potassium, calcium and manganese with vitamins B, C and D. The sexual organs also need salts of every class, very especially those of potassium, calcium and iron, with a strong dose of vitamins A, B, C, D and E. Likewise our nervous system, which suffers and is soon disorganised by the exaggerated effort to which we constantly submit it, needs the salts of silicon, phosphorus, sulphur, magnesium and calcium with a dose of vitamins B, C and D. The venous system, which so soon becomes weak, deficient and brittle through arteriosclerosis — through the mistaken norm of life we lead, the false and deficient alimentation to which we submit our body — needs sodium salts and a quantity of vitamin C. Now, also, our muscles, which need vital elements to maintain their elasticity always, have need of salts of chlorine, iodine and potassium with vitamin A. With all this set forth, our dear readers will realise the imperative necessity of all these elements specified, so that our whole organism can keep itself vigorous, healthy and young.
3Our organism is a true chemical laboratory; when it does not receive these elements it sickens and declines — and almost always never to rise again.
4Now, does there exist a food that contains, practically, all these mineral salts and vitamins, in synthesis?
5We can say no — with the exception of mother's milk.
6Here Nature again demonstrates to us her immense wisdom, when she provides woman with a food so perfect that it not only contains in synthesis all the mineral salts and vitamins, but represents the most perfect and ideal food a human being could ever obtain.

"Secrets of Polichinelle" — the essay names Martinism's own mirror rite while dismissing conventional secrecy: continuous with the June reforms' de-masonisation (Nº 26) and their public announcement; this is the reform's theology.

The Mula-Uddiyana-Jalandhara Bandhas — "one of the most secret" practices — printed with full technique (Padmasana, heel pressure, anal contraction, diaphragm lock, thumb-index circuit), the Apana/Prana Vayu doctrine, Sushumna entry and the Anahata sounds; benefits include the disappearance of grey hair. Fig. 21 is referenced but no plate survives in this copy — facsimile-hunt flag, joining Fig. 18.
The mineral-salts-and-vitamins instalment is a full nutrient table of 1944 biochemistry — para-amino-benzoic acid, pantothenic acid, inositol — organ by organ, ending on mother's milk as the one complete food: the series' scientific register at its most current.
The protocol crosses one thousand (June: Nos. 1,000–1,022). Census dips 93 → 90 (Argentina 47, Brazil 11, Uruguay 32), and the column publishes its own attrition rate with characteristic candour: of 180 ever invited, "exactly 50% have not known how to persevere".

The Generalities instalment: the Hierarchy north of the Badari forests in the Himalayas — Narayana as Head, Yoga Devi as executrix, Naradeva as secretary — with membership "independently of unequal social condition" and many women Siddhas expressly included. The excision candidate on this page (laws administered "for each race and country") cleared as administrative-theological doctrine.
Caste read as body-deep only — divisions "affect only the physical or exterior body" and their rules are "not of universal application" — the Suddha teaching's own relativisation of caste, worth marking against the column's exclusivist moments.

A search of the entire reader corpus returns this passage and no other: OTOKO MASARE is a single attestation across all 46 issues and every book in the estate. The name is recorded here as it stands, with no biography attached to it, because the corpus supplies none. The H.A.B.M. itself appears 21 times — almost always in the masthead's list of fraternal orders.
