THE ARRIVAL AND ADAPTATION PERIOD (1910-1914)

Master Cedaior arrives in Buenos Aires at the beginning of 1910 and begins by "adapting" to the environment, studying the living conditions, language, etc., and laying the foundations for the indispensable material situation for his family (wife and one son) and for himself.

In 1914, shortly before the world storm that was to become a hecatomb, one of the Oriental Masters with whom Cedaior had been in contact in various "astral projections" in previous epochs (especially 1895-1900) and whom he had seen materialized in more than one meeting of certain very reserved mystical groups in Paris, one of these Masters, we say, "appears" to Cedaior and declares that "the moment has arrived" to fulfill a mission that he—Cedaior—had accepted once in a certain meeting of the Great Frat∴B∴, to which he had been spiritually taken.

The Master adds: "The war will come, they will call you, but you will not go."

Cedaior, withdrawn, as I said, from the superior activities of initiation, finds strange this return "not provoked by him" of contact with the Great Masters and waits for visible events of the concrete world to come to confirm the Master's words.

Indeed, the French mobilization arises, Cedaior is called and presents himself to the Buenos Aires Consulate, where, to his surprise, they declare him "unfit" for all service, by virtue of a remaining defect in one knee, as a consequence of a fall that occurred one or two years before in the countryside.

Master Vayusattva manifests again and Cedaior bows reverently, declaring himself "ready" to execute whatever is indicated "at any price."

THE GREAT REVELATIONS (1914-1919)

Following this fact, a quantity of events occurs that would be long to detail, but whose succession I will try to summarize synthetically:

Such "Via-Monte" was to be, effectively, increasingly the individual via-crucis of the Master, because numerous attempts, with local spiritualists, with "Henri Denil" (pseudonym of Commander Denil) chief of the European movement "Les Veilleurs" (directed by Gastón Revel) and author of a most beautiful book "Progrés et Ordre" (Commentaries on Synarchy), and with many others, lead Cedaior to the following conclusion:

Many find the doctrine "most beautiful theory" but when it comes to "letting go of the three cents or three bricks they possess" to realize something in a new environment... all prefer their house and the movie theater on the corner or the meeting of their lodge or group, once a week...

THE SOUTHERN EXPEDITION AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Cedaior makes a trip to the south of Argentina (Chubut, Neuquén and even Chile) to study several things simultaneously:

Astroseismology, or the prediction of seismic phenomena through Astrology, a science in which he becomes truly notable, as we shall see later.

2. Amerindian Traditions Research

To verify "in loco" the existence of certain remnants of old traditions among aborigines. Through the data he obtains on one hand from Sr. Curutchet of Buenos Aires, on the other hand from Engineer Saurel in Neuquén, and finally from a chief of a tribe of white Indians with blue eyes and almost blond hair from southern Argentina, Cedaior reconstitutes lost links of the Amerindian tradition and links these studies with those he had already made, akashically, about Vayu Island (or Easter Island).

3. Andean Force Centers Verification

He verifies what has been said by his Guru: that at certain points in the Andean Cordillera, "force centers" are established for the spiritual government of the Continent and that certain beings—some human and others devic—are fixing their attention—or sometimes their residence—at said points.

That door and that link is the Divine Word (ALEF). Let us note that He is manifested in the splendor of material life, not in its corrupt part.

Lord of the Figure: According to the traditional rules of Astrology, the Planet that performs the function of the "Lord of the Figure" in a horoscope is of utmost importance, because, more than the proper Regent, it corresponds to what the people call the Good or Bad Star of each one.

This is easy to understand, because the Regent (determined as we saw by the Ascendant Sign) can, in the horoscope, be in position without importance, in cadent house, in exile, feral (without aspects), etc., so that it would always give the "temperamental key" of the individual as base but would be incapable, by its own influence, of carrying him to important events.

On the other hand, there can be a Planet that, not being Regent, neither general nor particular, is found situated in an important house (angular, for example) and with such dignities and aspects that it results the real Lord of the Figure—and of the individual, clearly.

One must choose the Planet that, in an angular house, receives the greatest number of dignities and of strong aspects (I say strong, not good or bad), giving in all cases of equality, the preference to the Sun or to the Moon.

In our example theme, only Venus and the Moon are found in Angular House (the 7th in this case).

But the Moon carries over Venus a double advantage:

We must also take into account that the Moon receives strong aspect from Mars and from the Mid-heaven, that is, from the highest point of the Theme, which always has special importance.

As the proper expression says, it will be the Planet that rules the day of the Week on which the considered being was born.

If we notice that August 10, day of the birth of our Theme-example, was a Monday, day governed by the Moon, it results evident that we will have to note:
