Received and Commented by CEDAIOR Patriarch of the Olympic Aryan Family and of the Expectant Church Founded for the dissemination of the Laws of Reincarnation and explanation of the 6th Apocalyptic Seal The book presented here follows the same format as the original First Edition published in 1919 in Argentina by Cedaior. This Portuguese edition is an evolution of various translations and limited home publications distributed by members of the AMO Community. This is the first time since 1919 that this work has been made publicly available. Two editions revived the work: the first in 100 numbered copies distributed to friends of Mrs. Emma de Mascheville, and the second in 1987 in a larger but still limited number, thanks to a joint initiative of members of the Expectant Church and the OSA - Order of Sarva Swamis, being limited to members of these institutions. It now comes to the public for the second time, in this digitized format especially for internet readers through an initiative of the Expectant Church under the rectorship of AMO+PAX, while a printed edition is being prepared. These pages contain all the essential of what "for this time" I have to tell you. I will add some treatises on the scientific or theogonic parts. And that will be all. My presence among you has never influenced your minds as my absence will, because it is the Ego that is powerful. My true "presence" will be, therefore, in your hearts and in the remembrance of what I taught you. Thus the Master is always "present" for me. Christ, Vayu, Cedaior and those who will be added are not only representative names of entities: they are "Acting Forces," which at the same time attract energies to the Center that, after Sacrifice, reflect in Love, the only Emanation of That One. These Books of Laws are the Gospel that from the Brahma of the Past lead us to the Brahma of the Future, being the key that opens the Door of this resplendent Future. For you, Olympic Brothers, I received these Laws. They belong to you. You may claim them and derive from them the true origin of our Race. It is also the first Message that will be the Word of Union for those of the Sixth Aryan Sub-Race or Pre-Olympic, cradle of the Sixth Root Race. May each of you, my Brothers, be the Apostle of this new Gospel of science, wisdom and love. What I gave you in secret, give publicly. May each one bear in mind the last Law of Vayu's Heptagon, and the Olympic Light will be like a lighthouse that from America and, soon, from California, will illuminate the fourth Cosmic Night and helpless humanity. Our Race has embodied its ideal in a Symbol, whose meaning is as follows: From Non-Being, or Illusion, or Maya, stands out an immense Being, whose whiteness shines over the black background of Maya. For our relative point of view, we can take this differentiation as the Center of the Supreme Being. This point, Laya, first Emanation of Pralaya, is our Logos. From Him we have Life, from Him emanates the Power by virtue of which this Life continues. When this Logos differentiates completely from the Unknowable, another differentiation, another point, can be seen in its Center. From this point radiate two Rays. One, the "Right of the Logos," the firstborn, is the Positive Ray. The other, the "Left of the Logos," the second born, is the Negative Ray. These are two opposing Forces in activity, which give birth to another, that third differentiation, whose objective is to balance these two Forces; the third differentiation is known by the name of Holy Spirit: these two Forces are those that will originate with their struggles the denser and denser state, which we call Matter or Crystallized Spirit. On February 25, 1910, the Ego Cedaior departed from Paris, France, initiated in the Occult Sciences from the tenderest age, in this present life. Leaving completely his family ties, he established himself in Buenos Aires (Argentine Republic), with his wife and a son, who at that date was nine years old. Until the month of June 1914, he occupied himself only in obtaining a position, teaching as a music professor. His wife helped him with tender abnegation. They managed to achieve material tranquility. On June 4, 1914, a second son was born in this home of modest condition, but with high intellectual, moral and artistic ideals. The parents had been warned that this child was the reincarnation of a girl who had died nine months before in a "porteña" family, that is, living in Buenos Aires, at the age of 20 years. Certain particularities, occurring to both the mother and father of the child's new family, made the father - Cedaior - accept such an event as possible, but without being able to account for why. In the midst of such conjectures, on the 14th of the same month of June, a Master appeared to Cedaior, who revealed to him that the newborn child was an Ego in service of the F.B., who was being entrusted to them as a sacred deposit, for which they would be responsible before the F.B. The Masters of Wisdom knew what moral, intellectual and religious qualities were united between Allopair and Cedaior; therefore they had sent "Arren-Chelá" to take a vehicle prepared by Them. The same Master added that Arren-Chelá had lived in India some two hundred years ago, becoming high priest of a temple in Allahabad and that, having to act in the Sixth Sub-Race and in the preparation of the work concerning the coming of the Instructor, had reincarnated much before the due time, dwelling twenty years in the body of Miss D... to liquidate karmic residues, all who enter the new Sub-Race needing to be pure. After having recommended, again, Arren-Chelá to the loving care of the parents, the Master disappeared. Many things the Master had said, among others, that Europe was going to find itself within a few days in a terrible situation, from which the entire World would emerge transformed. On August 2, 1914, news reached America that Germany declared war on France. A bitter and ironic smile marked Cedaior's lips... The Master appeared, and said: "Yes, they will call you, but you will not go. Your duty is not there, but here. You are nothing more for the old world. Remember only your mission and prepare yourself." And he disappeared. Until the month of October 1915, Cedaior endured terrible trials and doubts, between the desire to fulfill his duties as a patriot and those as a husband and father. Each day approached the moment when he would be called under the flags. However, the savage and terrible war was harvesting millions of men... The karmic liquidation was developing grandiose and inexorable, the Law was operating... Even in the heavens souls were fighting... Cedaior, as the Master had assured him, although called, did not go to fight, being declared exempt from all service. The Law was also operating with him... Then, informed of the Master's power and wisdom, he threw himself at his feet, pronouncing the unbreakable Vow that bound him to the White Fraternity. After this he retired in long concentrations, learning the Law with his Master, preparing for the service of Evolution. During this voluntary retreat from the world, remaining for entire hours attentive to the voices of the Masters, Cedaior coordinated the Laws of Evolution of Egos and of the Universe, became aware of why rebirths occur and the means to exhaust them through service and Sacrifice. He saw the Karmic Laws operating, building and destroying Worlds, Races, Civilizations, Nations; Egos being born time after time in successive worlds, races, nations, and transported thousands of leagues to operate from one continent to another. He learned the Laws of Evolution of Continents, interplanetary influences, the Laws of Reincarnation and Reproduction in the different Kingdoms of Nature. He became aware of this truth: that "to know all this was like receiving an order to act in favor of It"; he became aware that this awakening of his soul, of his Ego, was this, "the second birth" and "the first great initiation," which is not granted in our books, but in the great Book of Nature. On February 13, 1916, at 10 p.m., according to indications from his particular Master, emerging over the eastern horizon the sign of Libra, with the Sun in Aquarius, the Moon in Gemini, having Cancer at the Zenith, Aries on the Western horizon, with Jupiter in conjunction with Venus; Cedaior being under the double and beneficial influence of Neptune in Leo (9th house of his own progressed horoscope) and the moon in Gemini, his Ego went to the holy city of S......ah, where he presented to the L.B. the declaration of birth of the nucleus or Pre-Olympic South American Family. Here is the law that was entrusted to him: The South American Family of the Sixth Aryan Sub-Race is composed of three categories of Egos: 1st. The Parent-Egos. 2nd. Their Children or Firstborn. 3rd. The Affiliated Egos. The Sixth Root Race is called Olympic because it is the Race where the powerful Entities that composed the Olympuses of different Past Religions will reincarnate. In this which will be called the Great Race, as the Sixth Continent will be called the Great Continent, the Masters, the Adepts, the Apostles, the Great Initiates will return, and this Race, still "Human," will represent the highest and most beautiful expression of human life. These will be the "Men of the South." The Sixth Aryan Sub-Race, being the cradle of the Sixth Root Race, is called the Primitive Olympic or Pre-Olympic Race, since from it the Precursors will be born. The Sixth Aryan Sub-Race is composed of two Families. 1st. That of North America, melting pot of sub-races and Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Judaic, Slavic families and a small Latin part. 2nd. That of South America, melting pot of sub-races and Latin, Celtic, Germanic, Judaic and Slavic families. No element of any color other than pure white, without miscegenation, is part of the present selection. Within a few lustra the "bluish" will be admitted, which is the color of the Sixth Root Race. Regarding the South American nucleus, the conditions for entry - in addition to those of birth - are as follows: FOR PARENT EGOS 1st. Know and admit the "Unity of Life," manifested or in potentiality. 2nd. Know and accept the Hierarchies, and also the possibility of direct and conscious communication with some hosts. 3rd. Know and accept the Division of Time and Place, particularly the Cyclic Division. 4th. Know and accept the Law of Consequence and Retribution (Karma) 5th. Know and accept the Law of Fulfillment of Altruistic Service (Dharma). 6th. Know and accept the necessity of conscious Disincarnation and Reincarnation, as well as conscious procreation. 7th. Always bear in mind that we are Egos in Service of the Sixth Aryan Sub-Race. 1st. Those born from January 11, 1910 at 11 a.m. (Greenwich meridian) are considered Children of the Sixth Sub- Race: a) When the Parent-Egos had at that time glimpses of the Seven Fundamental Laws. b) When the Child-Egos were born under the following signs: Libra, Aquarius, Gemini. c) When Parent-Egos born in Air or Fire signs have children born in Earth or Water signs, having the Sun or Moon in an Air sign. 2nd. Those of the generation born in any South American home on February 13, 1916, at 10 p.m. (calculated by 58° long. W.Gr. and 34°33 S. lat., that is, Buenos Aires, the time difference according to place should be adjusted) are considered Children of the Sixth Sub-Race or Firstborn. 3rd. Those born anywhere in the world on the day and hour corresponding to that mentioned above, whose parents come to establish themselves in South America. 4th. Those born in South America from January 11, 1910, at 11 a.m., under Air signs, or having the Sun or Moon in them. Those who, not being married or not having children, knowing and accepting the Seven Fundamental Laws, make an unbreakable Vow to work for the Sixth Sub-Race are considered Affiliated to the Sixth Aryan Sub-Race. These will be allowed to follow their "future family" to the "Promised Land." CHAPTER V - FOR THE AFFILIATED EGOS BOOK TWO CHAPTER I - HOW THE TEACHING OF VAYU THE FOURTH RAY BEGAN 1. Oh, my Son, let yourself be penetrated by this triple law: my Doctrine is in accordance with what is taught in the West as in the East. 2. You should always be in agreement with the aphorism: As it is above so it is below. 3. And: "The Sacred Septenary divides, subdivides and encloses Unity, its Matrix and its End." 4. If we add to this, that outside the Absolute the Pair of Opposites is always present, as active and passive, positive and negative, you will thus have the marvelous whole that is all That. 5. Both Manu, Hermes, Krishna, as Gautama and Jesus, preached the same truths. 6. The revelations I bring for the Olympics are no others than new phases of these primordial Laws. 7. Everything was said in the Beginning: 8. Men will gradually understand and apply. 9. Your mission, therefore, will consist, in the present period, in learning these Laws, transcribing and explaining them, so that no error can be made in their interpretation. Since your last visit, I remained with Your Holy presence engraved in my Ego. 3. You are like a vivifying Energy that sustains me physically, mentally and spiritually. 4. I feel that, with the intense happiness that permeates me, I am capable of making even greater efforts for my mission. 5. The wisdom that imposes itself on our souls after such luminous revelations regarding manifested or nonmanifested life, emanating from That One, whatever name we designate Him by, puts us in direct contact with those Forces that are, at the same time as His Attributes, His Personalities, His Agents, who must fulfill the Work in Space and Time. In all times, in all religions, in all races, we find testimonies of the existence of these Agents. We, Olympics, who have such glorious testimony of their works, can only confirm the existence of Those Beings who come to collaborate fraternally and give us prodigally their counsel and help in many circumstances, and especially regarding Reincarnation. The great drama that is beginning, and which will be witnessed by the Sixth Aryan or Primitive Olympic Sub-Race, is the theme we will now address, trying to follow its formidable development, as well as the parallel evolution that will occur in the Cosmos and in Humanity. On this Day, at this hour, in this supreme minute, the Zodiac entering its cosmic order, and each Planetary Genius that was to act in the Drama being prepared, occupying the zodiacal position that corresponded to them, the Great Architect of the Universe manifested with all His power: Ishwara. All the Hierarchies were present, and the Nine Times Holy Manifestation was awaited with great anxiety. And like an immense fecundated Egg appeared the new Brahma. And, instantaneously, His Holy Spirit illuminated like a ray all those Great Emanations from Him; and, as when arms, legs, head begin to move, a brain to think, a heart to feel and a consciousness to be, thus began the new cycle of the New Universe. 6. Its laws and particularities. PRACTICAL EXAMPLES. In my last Gospel I gave you the Laws of Reincarnation. Their consequences result in knowledge of the origins of beings and the possibility of reconstituting them with adequate materials. Before the revelation of these Laws, no one could have done what will now be within everyone's reach. The theological part explains to us the sources of life that animate the vehicle. The astrogenetic part explains to us how to unite the different parts of the being into a harmonic whole. The difficulty that made it impossible for astrologers to discover the exact moment of conception lies in the fact that this moment can vary, due to the moral or physical health state of the mother. Moreover, due to this, no one could suspect what the key to the mystery was. We have seen that 666 gives the cabalistic reduction 1st: 18, 2nd: 9. We have seen that also the Master, to help us in our investigations, confirmed the identity of 9 with 666, telling us that the Moon's part should also be sought by the key nine. FOUNDING ACT SINGLE ARTICLE Protected by article 14 of the Constitution of the Argentine Nation, the undersigned declare the Expectant Church constituted, for the purposes that the Constitution expresses: 1st. To preach the Gospel of Christ. 2nd. To disseminate His teachings on Reincarnation, according to the Holy Scriptures, the Gospel of John the Apostle, who is among us and has given us proofs of what for all current humanity is impossible, that is: to scientifically prove the reality of Reincarnation and its logical consequence, the possibility of directing human generation and of being, therefore, conscious collaborators of the Law in its Divine, Spiritual and Human action, is for Him, John Apostle, who is Cedaior, something that nature teaches and manifests to us as Law. 3rd. They accept that said Revelation, which had been declared first to those of the new Aryan Sub-Race, or Pre- Olympic, be preached to brothers of other races who so desire. 4th. The Priests of the Expectant Church, conforming to the Instructions and Desires of the Master, preach that the Church admits and respects all other Churches and Doctrines and cannot engage in discussions, controversies about points that the Revelation determines, but only to comment and clarify to those who may present difficulty in understanding. 5th. The Books of Law, given by Vayu and received, commented and explained by Cedaior, Patriarch of the Sixth Aryan Sub-Race; those of the Old and New Testament, the Apocalypse, the Doctrines of the Ancient East, are considered by those of the Expectant Church as many parts of a single Teaching and Tradition that continues developing, and which is opportunely transmitted to humanity.
