On February 13, 1916, at 10 p.m., according to indications of his particular Master, with Libra emerging on the eastern horizon, the Sun being in Aquarius, the Moon in Gemini, having Cancer in the Zenith, Aries on the Western horizon, with Jupiter in conjunction with Venus... Cedaior being under the double and benefic influence of Neptune in Leo in the 9th house of his own progressed horoscope and of the moon in Gemini, his Ego went to the holy city of S......ah, where he presented to L.B. the declaration of the birth of the nucleus or Pre-Olympic South American Family.

The South American Family of the Sixth Aryan Sub-Race is composed of three categories of Egos:
1. **The Father-Egos** 2. **Their Children or Firstborns** 3. **The Affiliated Egos**
The Sixth Root Race is called Olympic for being the Race where will reincarnate the potent Entities that composed the Olympuses of the different Religions of the Past. In this which will be called the Great Race, as the Sixth Continent will be called the Great Continent, will return the Masters, the Adepts, the Apostles, the Great Initiates, and this Race, still Human, will represent the highest and most beautiful expression of human life. These will be the Men of the South.
The Sixth Aryan Sub-Race, for being the cradle of the Sixth Root Race, is called Primitive Olympic Race or Pre-Olympic, being that from it will be born the Precursors.
